Collection Preview – Wild & Free

Wild and Free was inspired by my love for my great country; the United States of America! From coast to coast, we are blessed with some of the most glorious and beautiful creation in the world, especially our national paint pallete of wildflowers! Every state in the USA has its own state flower which, when you combine them all together, create the most beautiful bouquet! This fabric collection takes us all on a fun road trip across the country, as birds fly through the white-clouded, painted sky, and fireflies glow and dance in the grass, to collect flowers throughout the land of the free and the home of the brave. The light color pallete of pinks, golds greens, mints, and peaches, are contrasted by warm charcoal black to create a playful, carefree color pallete of flowers, which remind us to always LIVE as people who are FREE!

Gracey Larson

Gracey lives outside. If the sun is shining, the air is warm, the wildflowers are blooming and the grass is green, you will find her there. While many consider home to be walls and a roof, Gracey loves adventure and travel. Simple stated, home is wherever her family is; wherever the adventure takes them!

As a third-generation quilter, you could say that quilting is in her blood. Inspired by her Great-Grandma’s creations and taught by her Grandma, Gracey’s love for quilting began in 2009 with many scrap-happy projects. In 2015, she branched out into designing her own patterns; picture blocks that would help her share her story through her quilts and allow other quilters to do the same. Since then, quilting has taken Gracey on exciting, incredible adventures including writing a book with Martingale, designing and creating quilts for magazine publication and designing fabric with Riley Blake Designs! When she is not quilting and designing, she enjoys painting, singing, reading and journaling. Gracey loves Jesus, her family, her church family, her friends, and all of the people in the quilting community that she feels so honored to be a part of.
