Hi all! It’s Bev McCullough of Flamingo Toes here with a fun new quilt to share! This is my brand new Dainty Daisy Sweet Farm Quilt + Free PDF Pattern!
Dainty Daisy is my basic with Riley Blake Designs and right now it is available in 12 fun colors – and I am so excited that we will have 18 additional colors coming out in December!
We moved to our new farm last July and have been enjoying the quiet and the countryside. I’m hoping to have cows soon! I have been all about the farm quilts lately with my Sweet Acres fabric collection out now, and I decided I needed a new farm quilt in my Dainty Daisy basic!
This is my brand new Sweet Farm Quilt and it is a FREE pattern on the Riley Blake Designs blog! They quilt is a “pixel” quilt, made up of squares to create an image. I’ve created several pixel quilts and they are so much fun to sew and are great for beginner or expert quilters!
The quilt uses Dainty Daisy for the colored squares and I used Confetti Cottons in Riley White for the background. I also used one of my Sweet Acres Wide Backs as the back and it looks so sweet! They wide back has pretty florals and sweet little barns so it looks just as cute on the reverse side as the front.
