We’re excited to share another sneak peek with you today! Christmas at Buttermilk Acres, by Stacy West of Buttermilk Basin, is almost here and we can’t wait!
We asked Stacy about the inspiration behind her collection, and here is what she said: “Christmas at Buttermilk Acres is a wonderful line created around my love for all things Christmas! Taking center stage are Santas coming down the chimney, dashing through the snow and bringing joy to good girls and boys. A vintage inspired Christmas alphabet fabric panel filled with peppermint sticks, a doll, a teddy bear, chiming bells & Old St. Nick brings endless possibilities for quilts and more! Snowflakes, plaids, and holly prints tie this collection together like ribbons and bows!”
For this vintage inspired collection, Stacy curated a rich, classic color palette made up of shades of red, black, green and cream.
Take a look at this adorable retro-looking Santa print! With a twinkle in his eye, this jolly elf is full of holiday cheer. The Santa print will be available in Cream (seen here), Green, and Charcoal.
Here, in this charming Sleigh print, we see Santa from a distance as he and his team of reindeer fly through the wintry night sky delivering gifts and goodies. Cute! Sleigh will be available in Gray (seen here) and Cream.
Every holiday collection needs a great snowflake print, and we are loving these delicate, detailed, and oh so tiny snowflakes! Snowflakes will be available in Green (seen here), Brick, Cream, and Black.
The Christmas at Buttermilk Acres also features this charming Canvas Tea Towel Panel. The canvas panel measures 24″ x WOF.
That’s not all! This holiday collection features two different pillow panels measuring 24″ x WOF, so each panel will yield fabric to make two 24″ pillows, or one pillow if you want a panel on the pillow front and back.
The squares from these pillow panels can also be incorporated into quilts, table toppers and more!
Finally, we are excited to share a peek at Stacy’s stunning 42″ x 54″ Christmas Alphabet Panel. Each letter of the alphabet is paired with a Christmas icon — gingerbread, bells, a snowman and more! Add a fun border treatment and you have a beautiful keepsake quilt!
