Good Morning! It’s Jessica Dayon and today I’d like to share a new quilt that I made using Peace on Earth by My Mind’s Eye.
I love red and white quilts and Christmas so I knew I had to make a quilt with this collection!
I chose to make my White Tidings quilt pattern.
I designed the Red Tidings quilt pattern a few years ago and it was on the cover of American Patchwork and Quilting. I thought it would be fun to make an alternate version using more white than the original and White Tidings was born!
This fabric was absolutely perfect for this quilt!
For the backing, I used Dapple Dot in Riley Red.
I quilted this quilt on my BERNINA Q24 with Qmatic using the Clementine pantograph. I loved how this one stitched out! Here is a look at the back of the quilt where you can see the stitch pattern better.
