Welcome to week 7 of Lori Holt’s Bloom Sew Along! This week’s block features a single flower in lovely shades of blue and yellow. Each block is made using Lori’s Bloom Templates, which are sold in local and online quilt shops.
Amy Smart, from the Diary of a Quilter blog, made this version using fabrics from Andrea Muller’s Vintage Kitchen collection. We love how she fussy cut the cat in the center of the flower! Such a kitschy-cute block! Head on over to Amy’s blog for more pictures and details about this block.
Jina, of Jina Barney Designz, made this block featuring various 1930’s inspired prints manufactured by our sister company, Penny Rose Fabrics. Adorable!
