Two color projects are so classic and beautiful. And what better occasion for a red and white quilt than Valentine’s Day? Cheerfully Red- the new fabric line by Christopher Thompson was the perfect line for a red and white Valentine’s table topper. Hi! I’m Amy Chappell from Ameroonie Designs and I’m so excited about how this Framed Heart table topper project turned out.

This table topper is a bonus layout for my Framed Heart Mini Quilt. It’s a fun quick project and perfect for making a bright and happy addition to your Valentine’s decor. If you are a visual learner I have a full video tutorial that I just released available on my YouTube channel here.

The framed heart block is combined with a quick nine patch block to make the full table topper. The mini quilt is great for gallery walls or to put on a mini hanger and use in decor. The table topper can be made in two different sizes- a 27″ version and the larger 32″ version shown here.

The florals, blender prints and the various shades of red in this Cheerfully Red line make for a dynamic two color quilt. I love the deep red tones against the medium red for fun subtle look. Every print in this line would be a fantastic addition to your quilty stash! For more sewing fun, I hope you will join me on my blog or over on Instagram @amerooniedesigns. See you there!
