We are excited to share another FREE PATTERN with you today — we know you’re gonna LOVE this!
The love of children’s antique illustration continues to inspire the fabric collections of designer J. Wecker Frisch. The somewhat scary Mother Goose tales accompanied by 100 year old picture books seemed a perfect subject for another slightly creepy Halloween fabric line.
Digitally enhancing the crumbling works of some intriguing unknown artists, serves as a tribute while preserving them for future generations.
This fun and festive Halloween themed quilt measures 45 1/2″ x 65″, and features a fabulous Old Mother Goose fabric panel. With two simple borders and corner blocks, this quilt is fast and easy to make!
The inner border fabric is the Black Text print with lines from your favorite nursery rhymes, and the outer Orange Tall Tales border depicts those rhymes in gorgeous detailed artwork — although you may never look at them the same way again!
The corner blocks are cut from the Soft Book Panel.
Sew fabulous! We LOVE the slightly spooky, yet whimsical vintage vibe in this collection. From cats and mice to old text and witches and glasses, Goose Tales has it all!
