It’s time for another Sneak Peek! Buttercup Blooms is the newest fabulous collection of florals designed by Gerri Robinson of Planted Seed Designs.
When asked about the inspiration behind Buttercup Blooms, Gerri said: “Most of my collections aren’t typically inspired by any particular thing or event, but rather a feeling and a mood I have after I’ve compiled the antique prints into a cohesive collection. Staying true to my love of florals in blues and grays, I wanted to expand (just a bit) by introducing colors that I normally don’t inject into my collections, like gold and sage. Buttercup Blooms comes from that part of me where traditional prints meet a current and on-trend color palette for a beautiful array of florals, paisleys, ditsy prints and a mottled dot.”
We are completely smitten by the color palette Gerri curated. The deep Navy and Gold paired with soft Sage, Dusk and Cream is stunning!
The intricately detailed Navy Main floral is loaded with stunning roses and sweet tiny blossoms. The Main print will be available in Navy (seen here), Dusk, and Sage.
We had to share a closer look at this charming Vines print. The climbing green vines are adorned with tiny Gold flowers with a cross hatch backdrop that gives this print a distinctively vintage inspired look. Vines will be available in Gold (seen here), Dusk, and Green.
Gerri’s Dot print is anything but ordinary. Classic dots are set over a very textured, leafy backdrop, giving this print a classic, versatile feel. Dot will be available in Green (seen here), Taupe, and Navy.
