We are super excited to help kick off Melissa Mortenson of Polka Dot Chair‘s Wonderland Two Fabric Tour! The line is called Wonderland Two because it’s a follow up to Melissa’s first line, Wonderland. This particular line is inspired by an Alice in Wonderland tea party. It features the white rabbit, flowers (with faces… look closely), teapots, cards, crowns & hearts — all of the things you’d expect to see at an Alice tea party!
For the next month, Melissa has lined up 5 fantastic designers ready to share some fun sewing and quilting projects with you each week. Today we kick off the tour with Elea Lutz of Elea Lutz Design. If you’re not familiar with Elea, she’s a fellow designer for our sister company, Penny Rose Fabrics, and makes the most delightful vintage prints!
She is sharing a mini tutorial for an adorable Mini Quilt (above), and chatting about the sweet dress (below) that she stitched up.
