The juxtaposition of black with the coral and apricot shades creates a contemporary spin on an otherwise soft palette. The stunning modern floral prints pair so well with the stripes and geometric Criss-Cross prints.
The whole collection is soothed by the tone-on-tone Fern print and the tiny petal prints. The effect is a very modern yet timeless appeal. This collection is sophisticated enough for a formal dining room, but warm enough to be a great addition to a cozy family room.
Carina told us she has recently been drawn to the color black, and wanted to create a collection that played the black and corals off one another. We think she succeeded!
Carina is a big fan of Halloween. Every year she hosts a Halloween party for her kids and their friends. Carina says: “The highlight is potions. The kids mix sprinkles and colored water to make spells.” The adults hand out the colored water and asks if anyone wants, dragons blood (blue), the “tears of a baby leprechaun (light green), or any other silly thing. The kids have a blast and the whole thing makes me laugh so hard! I enjoy it as much as the kids.”
