Did you know that Thanksgiving is the only national holiday dedicated to gratitude? This year, Riley Blake Designs decided to show our gratitude by partnering with Quilts of Valor in honoring our local veterans with handmade quilts.
After recently becoming an American citizen, our own Jina Barney was looking for ways to show her gratitude. After a chance meeting with Mary Fons, of Quilts of Valor, Jina decided this would be the perfect way to give back.
Riley Blake Designs donated the fabric, and local seamstresses spent countless hours creating these stunning quilts. It was a wonderful evening filled with heartfelt expressions of gratitude for those who have served our country.
