When I saw this adorable LOVE Mini Quilt Amanda Herring made for the Abbie Project Tour, I knew we had to have one here at the office!
Jill Finley’s latest fabric collection, Home Again, was the perfect choice. The “home” theme paired with the L-O-V-E alphabet blocks couldn’t be more perfect, because love in our homes and families is something near and dear to all our hearts.
The pattern is free from SEW MAMA SEW. If you are new to paper piecing, this little project is a fantastic place to begin, because she includes step-by-step photo instructions that are easy to follow.
The Home Again fabrics worked beautifully in this mini because the bold colors really contrasted nicely so that each letter really pops!
The beautiful low volume cursive print was the perfect background fabric for this mini quilt.
This would make a lovely wall hanging or table centerpiece. The finished mini measures approximately 16″ x 21″.
