I live in Australia, just south of Sydney in a sleepy seaside town. I’m married to an aviator and we have a boy and a girl who keep me very busy. I don’t come from a long line of quilters – rather, I learned how to quilt by reading blogs and watching YouTube videos. I was hooked right from the beginning and try to incorporate a little bit of sewing into my every day. My first quilt pattern was published back in 2012 and I continue to regularly design projects for a number of online and magazine publications. When I’m not quilting, I love to embroider, buy MORE fabric, hang out in my garden, bake cakes and watch reality television. I blog over at sameliasmum.com and often share tutorials and free patterns. Find me on Instagram @SameliasMum where I usually spend too much time looking at pretty pictures.

I am a homemaker and first generation quilter. I made my first quilt in  2001 and I have been quilting ever since. I also love making small projects with sweet details and little dresses for my girls. I authored my first book with Martingale called Sweet Tweets in 2015 which was a real dream come true. I feel so blessed to be able to use my hands to teach, design, sew and play with fabric nearly everyday. I am a huge fan of our online quilting community because it brings us all together sharing and encouraging each other in the things we love to do!

Hi, I am Sharon, an English born Aussie girl and mum of 4! As a child I remember my Mum sewing Wedding Dresses and clothing. Yet I had no interest in sitting at a sewing machine. Well that all changed in 2010 when I borrowed my Mums machine for a week. That week rolled into a month and then much longer. My sewing and Quilting journey had began and I have never looked back. I have a passion for Quilting and Embroidery and a ‘little’ addiction for English Paper Piecing.  I also have a love of baking, especially with my youngest.  I love to create and don’t feel that my day is complete until my needle and thread have met. You can find me on Instagram @lilabellelane and I blog over at www.lilabellelane.blogspot.com I am looking forward to sharing my creative journey with you.

My name is Sharon Yeager. I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. I’ve been sewing for over 40 years. Rarely does a day go by I don’t do some kind of sewing. I love to quilt, embroider, cross stitch, cook, and spend time with my hubby aka Hunka and my Golden Retriever Skylar. I have two grown sons. Bill is 35 and Brian 33. No grandkids yet, but I’m not giving up on that just yet.

Daisy Cottage Quilting is my Instagram name and blog. I’m always making and sharing my latest projects there. Sometimes I think I share too much. But that doesn’t stop me. I’m so excited and honored to be a part of Penny Rose Fabrics Project Design Team for 2016. I feel like I’m dreaming.

We are just thrilled to have these ladies join our amazing team and know you’re going to love the projects they create.
Watch for a new tutorial, tip or idea right here each and every Thursday!
