Today’s stop on our Make it Modern Project Tour takes us to SEWL SISTER, where Shankari is sharing her FABulous Gem Quilt featuring Blossom Basics designed by Christopher Thompson, aka The Tattooed Quilter.
Shankari designed this quilt herself, and we are obsessed! Pairing various tones of green, blue, and orange, Shankari has created a super cool kaleidoscope effect that is visually stunning.
For the background fabric, Shankari used Riley White Confetti Cotton. The solid white allowed the quilt block design to really pop!
Here is a closer look at the Blossom print. This is one of our most requested Riley Blake Basics for good reason.
