Make It Modern – Laptop Sleeve Tutorial

Kristina of CENTER STREET QUILTS shares another gorgeous and useful project on the popular and on-going Make It Modern Project Tour.

Kristina used RBD Confetti Cottons in a rainbow of colors, black on white Swiss Dots, and 1/8″ black and white Stripes to create a stunningly modern laptop sleeve.

When is a laptop sleeve, not a laptop sleeve? When it’s also a book sleeve, first aid kit, English Paper Piecing project pouch, or a supplies pouch for quilting, sewing, knitting, hand-stitching, drawing and more. It may be trite, but the possibilities are endless with this versatile sleeve.

Kristina used her new Geometric Hexagon FPP PATTERN – which is like six patterns in one! She gives you step-by-step instructions on her BLOG from fabric requirements to top-stitching, and includes beautiful and helpful images through each step. Kristina also outlines directions for changing the size of your sleeve to meet your specific needs. Check. Check. And check!
