Today’s Northwest project share comes from Lacie, of the RBD Marketing Team. Lacie made this beautiful version of THE TESSA QUILT, and we are loving it!
Lacie paired fabric from the Northwest collection with Riley Blake Blossom basics and Shades basics, for a dreamy water-inspired look that really highlights the ocean animal theme.
With fun landmarks and beautiful ocean animals, Northwest pays tribute to the many wonders of the Pacific Northwest.
The graceful whales and playful otters on mint, gray, white and blue backgrounds look lovely paired with the Denim Blossom and Nighttime Shade basics.
Lacie used Riley White for the sashing strips, which really allows each fabric to pop!

Lacie gave this quilt pattern 2 thumbs up – great for beginner to intermediate quilters. Lacie started quilting a year ago and found it to be challenging, but doable. For a beginner quilter, we are impressed!
