Today’s stop on our Riptide Project Tour takes us to BEE SEW INSPIRED, where Jennifer is sharing THREE fun projects featuring fabric from the Riptide collection by Citrus & Mint Designs.
The Riptide collection includes a fun fabric panel with cutouts to make four different softies: 2 Sharks, a Sting Ray, and a Shark Tooth. Jennifer made the blue shark, and added fun little french knots and running stitches for extra texture and interest.
In addition, Jennifer created a fun little doll sized mini quilt she calls “No Fear.” It features a number of pieced sharks (did you know a group of sharks is called a shiver?) swimming happily in the water. Cute!
Finally, Jennifer also created the cutest ever Shark Sleeping Bag for dolls, complete with fins, shark teeth, and embroidered scales.
