Circle skirts are a breeze to make, but the making the hem look nice and clean can be tricky. Becca shows us how to use bias tape to create a nice crisp finish. The Gold Stripe print Becca used for this skirt is perfect with its loopy lines. Look closely and you’ll see the gold is sparkle. LOVE!
