Today we’re sharing a sneak peek of Blue Stitch, the latest collection by Christopher Thompson, aka, The Tattooed Quilter.
We asked Christopher about his inspiration for Blue Stitch, and here is what he had to say, “It’s no secret that I love the color blue! I once read that if blue is your favorite color, it means you cherish your closest friends and family. On the other hand, it can also mean you are most likely to be stubborn and self-centered. Well, isn’t that funny? Haha. Featuring beautiful blue and grey florals, geometric prints, and charming stripes, there is something so confident yet playful with this collection. I hope you are inspired to create something unique.”
We agree with Christopher, blue is such a great color! We love the simple, timeless color palette of blue, gray, and white in this fabric line. Blue Stitch features a charming array of florals, stripes, geometrics, dots, and teeny tiny words. What’s not to love?
Here is s closer look at the Navy Main. The delightful little tonal flower bouquets take on a dreamy denim look in the varying shades of blue. The Main floral print is available in Navy, Sky, and White.
The Blue Daisy print is just perfect with its little daisies in white, gray, and navy. So versatile and sweet! The Daisy print comes in White, Blue, and Sky.
Of course, we had to take a closer look at the Text print. We can hardly handle the cuteness! The tiny text includes sayings like, “sewing mends the soul,” “one stitch at a time,” and “happiness is handmade.” There are also itty bitty blue hearts separating the phrases. LOVE this! The text print is available in white, gray, and navy.
