We are excited to share another sneak peek with you today! Down on the Farm, from Doodlebug Designs, is coming in October and we can’t wait!
Down on the farm will inspire you to create acres of projects for your favorite little farmer. The adorable Cows, pigs, chickens, and other barnyard favorites, along with chicken wire, bandana, and pocket prints, will have you creating until the cows come home.
The bright, saturated primary color palette of red, yellow, blue, green, and gray, is cheerful and versatile — guaranteed to bring a smile to every little animal lover.
Take a closer look at the charming little scenes the Main print. From ducks swimming in the pond, pigs rolling in the mud, playful ponies, a hen with her chicks, and of course, the classic red barn with the sun shining above it, each little vignette is loaded with cuteness! The main print comes in Green, Blue, and Gray.
One of our favorite prints is Pockets. That cute little heart tag! We love the allusion to denim jeans and overalls — a farmer’s stable. Such a simple, fun design! The Pockets print is available in Gray, Red, and Blue.
Of course, we are totally smitten with the Chicken Wire! This classic design will be a must have to compliment all of your Down on the Farm projects. The Chicken Wire comes in Yellow, Red, and a nice low volume White.
The Down on the Farm collection also features this 24″ x WOF panel. SEW cute! The squares at the top and bottom of the quilt can be left as-is, or cut out and fussy cut into other parts of your quilt design. Fabric panels are such a great option for beginners and advanced quilters alike. Add some borders and you are good to go!
