Here we are! It’s the final day of TBT Modern and we are assembling all of those pretty blocks into one big quilt top! As usual, Bonnie has given us fantastic instructions for putting it all together here.
I think I really love the idea of a sampler quilt. As I progressed through the various quilt blocks, I found myself wondering if all of these colors would look okay in one quilt. Each block was uniquely made without thought to how it would coordinate in the finished quilt.
The amazing thing is that when it all came together it looked fantastic! The white sashing gave enough separation to each block so that they have their own space to shine.
