The finished quilt measures 46 1/2″ x 58″. This is a great toddler size quilt. If you want to make it larger, simply add borders to get to the size you desire. Easy!
The quilt features fabric from the Hungry Animal Alphabet collection by J. Wecker Frisch. The color palette features sunny shades of yellow, pink, blue, red, green, and gray. You’ll find wavy stripes, tossed letters, cursive handwriting, gingham checks, sunflowers, and the cutest ever animals who seem to think they are human.
The quilt also calls for the Animal Patch fabric panel, which gets fussy cut into lovely little quilt blocks.

We love the fun blocks in this quilt. The use of the low volume ABC Toss print to border half of the blocks makes the alternating, brighter-bordered blocks really pop! Such a fun effect.
Quilt designs can be a fun way to echo the theme of a quilt. Our quilt was machine quilted in an all over letter design. Cute!
