Hi! Charise from Charise Creates here today to share some projects made with the new line of fabric from Riley Blake Designs – Sugar and Spice, designed by The Cottage Mama. I adore this fabric line with Valentine’s Day themed fabrics.
I didn’t design just one project but two!
I created the Curvy Basket Trio because who doesn’t need cute and fun storage options?
The adorable fussy cut panel is Sugar and Spice Main which I combined with Sweethearts print for the sides of the baskets and the lining. The baskets are bound and piped with Riley Gingham and the large basket uses Sugar and spice Stripe.
I like to have treats in my sewing room and the smallest basket is the perfect size for snacks : )
The second project I created with Sugar and Spice is this Granny Bag. I adore that the Riley Blake Gingham complements the floral print so well!
I used my Fussy Cut Heart Pattern on the outside patch pocket.
The text print on the heart is “Endearments” in pink.
